We’re on the search for an experienced and enthusiastic Team Assistant to join our growing team.
Location: Soho, London (in-office, minimum 3 days per week)
Contract: Full time, fixed-term until April 2027 (with potential to become perm)
Salary: £27,010 – £29,000 (meets London Living Wage)

About the Role
We’re looking for an organised, proactive Team Assistant to join Fight or Flight and keep the team organised! This is a hands-on role supporting the operations team, HR team, the founders and the wider agency. If you love variety, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a knack for making things happen, this could be for you.
Key Responsibilities
Operations and team support
You’ll work closely with the Global Operations Director to keep UK operations running smoothly while the Ops Executive is on maternity leave. Responsibilities include:
- • Coordinating team and client gifts
- • Organising team and client socials and entertainment
- • Planning and supporting new business events
- • Managing award bookings
- • Assisting with travel and accommodation arrangements
- • Ensuring the office is stocked and operating efficiently
- • Supporting pre-boarding and onboarding for new starters
- • Providing basic IT support
- • Keeping systems and documentation accurate and up to date
- • Assisting with additional Ops and wider team needs
HR support
- • Assisting with recruitment processes
- • Tracking absences and managing holiday requests with line managers
- • Helping to arrange team training sessions
Founder support
- • Managing diaries and meetings for the founders of the business
- • Providing general administrative support
- • Provide occasional personal assistance with non-business tasks and basic support as needed

- • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- • Confident communicator and team player
- • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and priorities
- • Proactive and solutions-focused
- • Previous experience in an admin or office support role is a bonus
