Jo is a creative all-rounder and has spent her career designing for print, web, digital, campaign and user experiences for well-known UK brands such as Simply Be, JD Williams Jacamo and Silentnight.
She loves dreaming up creative solutions, is obsessed with music, and in her spare time loves travelling, reading, running, playing piano and drumming in big parades with samba bands. She also loves visiting immersive light and sound art installations and will travel almost anywhere to see one.

Jack is a multidisciplinary graphic designer passionate about supporting local communities and small businesses. He also volunteers his design skills for his local football team. Outside of work, Jack loves good food, going to gigs, and counts creating artwork for Enya as a career highlight.

Alex is a brilliant support in all things Finance and numbers. She works part time at FoF as she also has two other jobs. She runs her own business as a Virtual Assistant, supporting female run businesses with any administrative needs. She’s also an illustrator! Is there anything she can’t do?

Molly loves organising (yes really….) and has a genuine passion for planning, methodizing and seeing the team thrive within FoF. Molly supports Fran with all things Ops. Every day at work is different – tech support, event planning, HR, office management – you name it, she’ll tackle it. Molly loves to finish off the day with a kitchen disco with her daughter and crafting into the evening.

Charlie brings energy, enthusiasm, and a serious love for hockey to the team! A die-hard sports fan who follows just about every game going, Charlie balances screen time with active time—whether it’s hitting the gym, exploring the outdoors, or hanging out with animals. Equal parts action and chill, Charlie’s passion for people and logistics makes him the perfect fit to our North American operations team.

Meghan is a recent graduate of the University of Miami, where she earned a degree in Public Relations. She gained hands-on experience through previous internships, with expertise ranging from digital marketing  to writing feature stories for the University of Miami’s Communications Department.
Outside of work, Meghan enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, heated workout classes and spending time with family and friends.

Alexis is a recent graduate of Northeastern University with a degree in Journalism. Her internship experiences—from producing mini science documentaries for PBS NOVA to writing B2B features at TechTarget Informa—have fueled her passion for writing, media relations and telling compelling stories.

When she’s not working, you’ll likely find her doing crossword puzzles, training for her next marathon, or watching a great film.

Molly brings a wide experience in B2B tech PR including verticals such as finance, healthcare, SaaS, IT, automotive, and more. She has always been interested in storytelling in all its forms, allowing her passion for a good story shine through her media and digital work.
Molly lives just outside of Boston with her husband and their two dogs, Ernest and Minnie. Apart from work, Molly enjoys spending time with the pups and participating in all types of arts and crafts.

Mariam joins Fight or Flight with a degree in Political Science and previous experience in journalism and PR. Most recently, she worked on a strategic campaigns team delivering media relations for clients across nonprofit, entertainment and labor sectors.

Outside of her day-to-day work, Mariam spends her free time exploring museums and beaches with family and friends.

Deepshikha brings a background in health tech communications and a passion for all things B2B tech. With experience spanning global pharmaceutical clients to emerging AI innovators, she thrives on shaping media narratives that spark conversations. From thought leadership to product launches, she’s all about making stories matter.

When not at work, you can find Deepshikha in the local pilates studio, travelling with friends, or at the next best festival.
