Molly lives just outside of Boston with her husband and their two dogs, Ernest and Minnie. Apart from work, Molly enjoys spending time with the pups and participating in all types of arts and crafts.
Mia is a born and raised Londoner with a background in B2B PR and communications working with clients ranging from FS, cyber security, sustainability and even hospitality and second-hand furniture!

Mariam joins Fight or Flight with a degree in Political Science and previous experience in journalism and PR. Most recently, she worked on a strategic campaigns team delivering media relations for clients across nonprofit, entertainment and labor sectors.

Outside of her day-to-day work, Mariam spends her free time exploring museums and beaches with family and friends.

Born and raised in London, Joanne brings a passion for storytelling and content writing to her work. With a background in tech PR, she has experience across both B2B and B2C, working with an eclectic mix of clients. Joanne enjoys shaping comprehensive narratives from complex subject matter, tailoring messaging to connect with a wide range of audiences.

Outside of work, Joanne channels her creativity into knitting and painting pottery, while also gaming and watching anime.

Kaleigh has a background in in-house Global Communications after finishing Uni in Scotland. Since moving into agency life, she’s garnered experience in a wide range of PR landscapes, particularly in sustainability and tech.

New England born and raised, Kaleigh is obsessed with anything related to film and ever since watching Ratatouille for the first time in 2007, is somewhat of a self-proclaimed chef.

With a background in politics, international development and international relations, Letizia has worked in-house for large organisations including the American Red Cross and the United Nations. She also uses her TikTok obsession to develop multiple social media and influencer campaigns.

In her spare time, Letizia is an advocate for disability rights and loves to discover new Vietnamese restaurants.

A California native, Lauren is based in the B2B tech haven that is San Francisco. She loves executing integrated communication strategies across media and social channels, enhancing brand visibility for startups and industry titans in the Automotive, Health Tech, VC, and AI sectors.

When she’s away from her desk she’s usually attending a yoga class or trying a new restaurant in the city.

Zoya, an English Literature graduate with a knack for diverse writing styles, found her passion for fostering diversity in PR after interning at The Taylor Bennett Foundation, the communications charity. There, she discovered Fight or Flight and its B2B creativity.

When she’s not taking her cat for a walk (yep, you read that right!), you can find Zoya exploring London’s matcha latte scene.
