Joe has led multi-market programs for blue chips BAE Systems, IBM, LinkedIn, Microsoft, SAP and Symantec as well as high growth scale ups Concur, Tableau and hybris en route to their respective sales. He plays guitar and piano, has two kids and two cats, supports Man Utd and claims he is related to Ronan Keating.

David is a former business journalist with a decade of experience advising clients across technology, pharma, energy, finance and aerospace. He helps communications teams develop creative campaigns that raise awareness, brand affinity and effectiveness. David also suffers from a chronic addiction to lower-league English football.

Charlie has spent his whole career caring perhaps too deeply about media strategy and has led programmes for the likes of the GSMA, Microsoft, IBM, Nokia and Trainline. When he’s not telling people how many times he’s been to Mobile World Congress, he can mostly be found listening to Argentinian reggae, tidying up after his kids or thinking deeply about county cricket.

Tim (aka Fryman) is a global storytelling and campaign leader. He has worked with some of the most respected global brands, including, Amazon, Expedia, Microsoft, Salesforce, and Samsung.

He and his wife have two teens, two pugs and a passion for everything living in Pacific Northwest offers: biking, hiking, kayaking, skiing, and the occasional misty day.

Emma brings two decades of experience leading corporate and tech PR programs, helping a diverse range of companies tell their innovation story, from small tech startups to major household names like Microsoft, IBM, Verizon, Ericsson and FedEx.

Born and raised in London, Emma made the move stateside 10 years ago – but hasn’t lost her accent. She now lives in New Jersey with her husband, two young children and a cat (also a transplant from London).

It’s the thrill of coverage that gets Dan out of bed. He has led, managed and executed international and local media relations programmes for Ericsson, IBM and Trustly, and has a love of MarTech after driving coverage for Gartner for Marketers, Teads and LinkedIn Marketing Solutions.

Down the pub he’ll tell you he’s had a UK top 40 hit, acted in a BBC drama and scored a winner at Molineux – one is certainly not true.

Katie has built global communications programs for some of the most disruptive brands in financial services, food and beverage, and healthcare. She has specific expertise in media and content strategy, executive visibility, financial communications, and sustainability communications.

Based in Denver, she enjoys playing soccer and spending time in the mountains with her family and sassy corgi.

Chelsea has spent her career helping B2B tech clients tell their stories to the audiences that matter. She loves working with legacy brands to showcase how they continue to be innovative pioneers, as well as working with upstarts to position the next era of disruptors. A lover of news in all mediums, you’ll find her brainstorming how to get her clients in the latest podcast, newsletter, or publication.

Based in Boston, Chelsea loves to spend time with her family or at a Red Sox game.

Not your typical creative, Kate brings over 15 years of brand communications to FoF, blending client understanding, strategic insight and creative smarts to change up the creative conversation and output in B2B.

When not working, Kate can be found in the kitchen cooking up a storm and drinking all things wine. Or on long walks with her wife and golden retriever, Benny.

A TMT & B2B specialist, Lauren is an experienced creative campaign planner and issues handler. She has developed campaigns for some of the world’s biggest brands – including LinkedIn, Facebook, and O2 – and was named one of PR Week’s 30 Under 30 in 2023.

Things Lauren loves? Star Wars, gaming, and the Oxford Comma.

Gearoid, but mostly just known as Cashman, is FoF’s talented Senior Consultant. Willing to get stuck in with any task, his straight talking nature and years of experience brings results. When he’s not visiting family in Ireland, he’s busy chasing around his 2 young children. A typical Irishman, he’s the life of the party – keep an eye out for his red dress on special events.

One of the first members of the Fight or Flight team, Gemma has a decade’s experience running PR programs for major blue chips including Capgemini, Expedia, Gartner,  Honeywell, IBM and LinkedIn. She is a skilled knitter, a green-fingered gardener and proud owner of five chickens, two cats and her two boys, Alfie and Xander.

Steph is a media strategist specialist and has led integrated B2B tech and health-tech PR campaigns for blue chips and scale-ups including McKinsey, LinkedIn, Exscientia and eConsult.

She’s a fitness fanatic but you’ll still find her piling her plate up with spaghetti bolognese and cheese at the end of the day.

Hannah has 15 years’ experience of integrated comms for B2B tech and fintech companies, taking a creative and strategic approach to help clients achieve their objectives. She’s worked with some of the world’s best known businesses, like Dell, Sage, Hitachi, Virgin Media O2 and the Wellcome Trust.

When she’s not at her day job, you’ll find her advocating for better mental health standards in the comms industry, writing her novel, running around after her toddler, walking her dog by the sea, or drinking an Aperol Spritz.

A people person to his core, Jamie has staggered his way through life chatting to anyone he meets about anything and everything… so it’s no surprise that his career path led him to communications. Jamie loves stories and storytelling, having worked-on and led campaigns for the likes of Co-op and Mercedes-Benz Vans.

When he’s not boring you with his latest anecdote in the pub, you’ll find him playing football for anyone that will take him.

Sam Ratcliffe is an award-winning art director and creative with 15+ years in advertising and branding. Known for bold, culturally sharp work in sport and TV, she has shaped campaigns for the BBC, Manchester United, and more.

Rachael specialises in energy and sustainability communications, with experience leading integrated projects across media, public affairs and social. Previous clients include RES, Smart Energy GB, The Ellen MacArthur Foundation, SPIC Brasil, and Hitachi.

Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, charity shops and walks that end with a pub.

Sophia is an established PR & Social Director specialising in campaigns, execution and integration. Working closely with B2B and B2C brands for almost 15 years, Sophia has honed her craft turning big ideas into seamless, award-winning campaigns. From ExxonMobil, Comic Relief and Vauxhall Motors, she’s helped world-famous brands tell their stories in impactful ways.

When she’s not working, you’ll find her out in the wild – quite literally – getting muddy in a field with her four-legged best friend, Fred the Cocker Spaniel. (Or, let’s be honest, talking about dogs. A lot.)

Megan’s our Global Director of Digital Content with a serious track record of making B2B brands impossible to ignore. From TV to Weber Shandwick, she’s transformed corporate content across continents for clients like Opella, Aldi, The Macallan, and DulcoLax (yes, really – and made it brilliant). Now she’s leading our charge to create content that doesn’t just trend – it shifts thinking, sparks real debate, and changes how entire industries have conversations. Senior strategist, global impact, proper results.

Fran is our operations wiz who brings over 7 years of project and operations management experience to FoF. She is fluent in two languages (three after a few Sangria’s), and her hobbies include; purchasing random items on Amazon, obsessing over dogs, guzzling lots of coffee, and watching Gilmore Girls on repeat.

Anneli brings a wealth of experience on all things finance within the creative industry.

Outside of spreadsheets and numbers, Anneli has a passion for animals. Her evenings and weekends are spent mucking out horses, walking the dogs and caring for her flock of sheep. Along with her two teenage children and husband, they enjoy sports, particularly skiing and, well, basically anything outdoors. She loves making numbers “add up” and is enjoying working with FoF to succeed.

An experienced corporate and technology communications specialist, Alistair has advised organisations at all stages, from startups to blue chips, across a variety of sectors spanning TMT, financial services, and even space. He is one of our Mental Health First Aiders.

Outside of work, Alistair can be found cycling, following Portsmouth FC, or attending gigs and festivals.

Hatty brings 8 years’ of PR experience promoting brands with tech at their core – whether it’s a new way for consumers to use their data for good, or an Enterprise Solution powering big business, she loves finding a universal way to talk about the technical.

A keen cook, terrible baker and new mum, Hatty loves nothing more than pottering around her hometown of Sheffield and planning fantastical renovations for her new (ish) Victorian semi.

Libby is an experienced driver of press office activity for tech giants including Sage, LinkedIn, Lycamobile and TomTom. She loves old school media relations, growing her network of contacts and meeting journos. You’ll find her in Soho’s karaoke bars, with a glass of red in one hand and a microphone in the other – singing Elton John, obviously!

Dan has managed the UK and hub press office for companies, including Dell Technologies, and Qualcomm. He is obsessed with the media and continues to be amazed that people will pay him to read the papers.

When not at work, Dan can be found identifying the best new restaurants in London and walking his standard poodle.

Sarah has a wealth of experience working with leading TMT brands including Nokia, LinkedIn, and Lyca Mobile and has been the driving force behind building a successful media relations programme for her clients.

She joined us with a fear of dogs that she’s overcome by befriending the small dogs that regularly visit the office.

Anna loves working with people, so collaborating with clients, coworkers and media every day is a dream job. She has spent her career developing media-driven global PR programs at leading enterprise technology companies.

Anna spends her spare time lifting weights, cuddling her two dogs, and trying (generally not succeeding) to convince everyone that New Hampshire is the best state.

Chelsea has spent the last decade leading strategic communications campaigns for federal agencies and some of the most recognizable global brands. With a focus on public awareness, community engagement, and media strategy, she brings deep expertise in project management, stakeholder relations, and creative storytelling.

Based in the Frederick, Maryland area, Chelsea enjoys exploring the outdoors with her family and cuddling with her pup—possibly the laziest golden retriever you’ve ever met.

Tiffani is based in Vancouver, and lives with her husband Derek and their two cats, Triceratops and Stegosaurus. She’s an extrovert, with a love for B2B PR. Her experience and enthusiasm shines through.

Mandy excels at crafting integrated campaigns and navigating the delicate world of reputation management. Her expertise spans across industries like finance, franchise development, real estate, retail, home services, and beyond – a true PR chameleon! 

When not glued to her laptop, she is an avid reader and a Survivor superfan. She is a Florida native and you can often find her at the beach, napping in the sunshine or walking her scruffy pup.

Jessie specialises in sustainability, ESG and technology communications, with previous clients including Adobe and Amazon Web Services. She has a passion for strong media relations programmes and innovative campaigns that shine a spotlight on the purpose and mission of her clients.

She is fluent in three languages and outside of work can be found skiing, scuba diving, exploring new countries and finding the next gig or festival to attend.

Whether its quantum technologies, sustainability regulations or AI-driven underwater robots, Molly loves getting stuck into a new subject, learning about all the weird and wonderful things her clients are up to.

Outside of work, she’s a keen theatregoer and reader – preferably in a pub or coffee shop.

After starting his career as a politics and current affairs journalist, Imran joined the ‘dark side’ of PR and hasn’t looked back. In that time, he’s worked with all kinds of B2B and tech brands, including Meta, Fujitsu, Bupa, Motorway and Tubi.

In his spare time you’ll find him at a gig or 5-a-side court somewhere in London – really depends on the weather.

Emma joins the FoF team from Boston, specializing in B2B startup clients from developer tools to smart cooking software. She is passionate about media relations and loves the thrill of the chase.

Outside of work, Emma is an avid skiier, traveler and pickleball player.

A passion for words and desire to put his English degree to good use has led Dan to tell the stories of exciting B2B and B2C brands – from Hedge and Pexco Aerospace to Marshall and Western Digital.

When Dan isn’t working hard to secure tier one elite coverage for his clients, you’ll find him playing he likes to play golf, discovering new music, and spending what he describes as an ‘ungodly’ amount of time trying to take his beloved Yeovil Town to Champions League glory.

Guste has a wide range of experience within the B2B technology space, having worked with organizations ranging from fintech startups, to industry leaders like Intel, Microsoft, and Johnson & Johnson to find and tell their stories to the media.

Outside of work, Guste is an avid gamer and digital illustrator.

Haider has previously worked on a range of B2B campaigns for Fintech unicorns. Since joining FoF, he’s worked on a number of revolutionary campaigns, flexing his creative and media skills to the fullest.

Whilst not at his desk, Haider is busy stressing about Arsenal, fragrance consulting, and playing every sport under the sun.

Eliza joins Fight or Flight with a range of previous tech PR experience and a degree in Business and Politics and International Relations. She loves getting stuck into creative and innovative campaigns, especially in the data industry. When not at work, she loves making pasta (yet to master spaghetti) and surfing! But not at the same time… yet.

Allie joins FoF from Tampa, Florida. With a background in cyber and tech Corporate Communications, she has a passion for storytelling, media relations, and building thought leadership that stands out. When she’s not busy with work, you can find her at the gym, soaking up some Florida sunshine, or spending time with her Australian Shepherd.

Rashaad is an Account Manager, who has traversed both B2B and B2C landscapes, specializing in brand storytelling, media relations, narrative & strategy development, and thought leadership. He has supported clients across enterprise technology, consumer technology, lifestyle, and public affairs, including clients in the AI, data, ad tech, commerce, CRM, and streaming sectors. From startups to Fortune 500 firms, Rashaad has worked with companies including IBM, Google Ads, The Weather Company, Verizon Fleetmatics, and Zendesk.

Rashaad is a Chicago native, Bay Area transplant and Brooklyn resident.

Isabel has a background in journalism and came to FoF from a B2B marketing position. She is developing a range of experience in creative work and is branching into the health-tech world. Outside of work you can find her reading a good novel or watching bad reality TV. And, like any good New Yorker, she takes bagel analysis very seriously.

Avery has been entirely immersed in the world of B2B tech since graduating college, and she has experience leading media efforts at other B2B tech-focused PR agencies. In her last role she worked primarily with startups, helping them build brand recognition from the ground up.

Avery is a massive animal lover, and budding chef (unless someone suggests eating out!).

Ethan Chiu brings a passion for inclusive storytelling to Fight or Flight, with a PR background spanning corporate, consumer, nonprofit, tech, and healthcare sectors. Prior to joining FoF, he specialized in strategic media relations, provided DEI counsel to clients and partners, and co-led efforts to champion accessible communication practices at a global PR agency.

Originally from Chicago, IL, Ethan is currently exploring the Pacific Northwest living in Vancouver, Washington.

For as long as she can remember, Aoife has always possessed a passion for storytelling, be that through acting on stage or engaging in debate with friends. Naturally, media relations is an area Aoife has immediately taken to, whilst driving coverage for purpose driven campaigns is what creates the sparks!

When not at work, you can find Aoife in the local SoulCycle studio, travelling with friends, or at the next best festival.

Zoya, an English Literature graduate with a knack for diverse writing styles, found her passion for fostering diversity in PR after interning at The Taylor Bennett Foundation, the communications charity. There, she discovered Fight or Flight and its B2B creativity.

When she’s not taking her cat for a walk (yep, you read that right!), you can find Zoya exploring London’s matcha latte scene.

A California native, Lauren is based in the B2B tech haven that is San Francisco. She loves executing integrated communication strategies across media and social channels, enhancing brand visibility for startups and industry titans in the Automotive, Health Tech, VC, and AI sectors.

When she’s away from her desk she’s usually attending a yoga class or trying a new restaurant in the city.

With a background in politics, international development and international relations, Letizia has worked in-house for large organisations including the American Red Cross and the United Nations. She also uses her TikTok obsession to develop multiple social media and influencer campaigns.

In her spare time, Letizia is an advocate for disability rights and loves to discover new Vietnamese restaurants.

Kaleigh has a background in in-house Global Communications after finishing Uni in Scotland. Since moving into agency life, she’s garnered experience in a wide range of PR landscapes, particularly in sustainability and tech.

New England born and raised, Kaleigh is obsessed with anything related to film and ever since watching Ratatouille for the first time in 2007, is somewhat of a self-proclaimed chef.

Joel is an English literature graduate and joined Flight or Fight with a background in B2B PR, with experience in multiple verticals, including sustainability, HR, and many others.

Outside of work you will find him out of the country chasing sunshine, obsessing over Taylor Swift, and consuming all variations of horror materials.

Deepshikha brings a background in health tech communications and a passion for all things B2B tech. With experience spanning global pharmaceutical clients to emerging AI innovators, she thrives on shaping media narratives that spark conversations. From thought leadership to product launches, she’s all about making stories matter.

When not at work, you can find Deepshikha in the local pilates studio, travelling with friends, or at the next best festival.

Mariam joins Fight or Flight with a degree in Political Science and previous experience in journalism and PR. Most recently, she worked on a strategic campaigns team delivering media relations for clients across nonprofit, entertainment and labor sectors.

Outside of her day-to-day work, Mariam spends her free time exploring museums and beaches with family and friends.

Recently graduated, Elle is ready to dive head first into the world of B2B PR, with work experience across a variety of industries from the creative to the financial sector. With a Master’s degree in Shakespeare Studies (niche, we know), she knows what makes a great story.

When she’s not enlisting an unsuspecting victim to accompany her to the Globe, Elle can be found writing detailed reviews on Letterboxd, perusing London’s farmer’s markets, or posting pictures of her (burnt) dinners on her food account.

Alexis is a recent graduate of Northeastern University with a degree in Journalism. Her internship experiences—from producing mini science documentaries for PBS NOVA to writing B2B features at TechTarget Informa—have fueled her passion for writing, media relations and telling compelling stories.

When she’s not working, you’ll likely find her doing crossword puzzles, training for her next marathon, or watching a great film.

Charlie brings energy, enthusiasm, and a serious love for hockey to the team! A die-hard sports fan who follows just about every game going, Charlie balances screen time with active time—whether it’s hitting the gym, exploring the outdoors, or hanging out with animals. Equal parts action and chill, Charlie’s passion for people and logistics makes him the perfect fit to our North American operations team.

Molly loves organising (yes really….) and has a genuine passion for planning, methodizing and seeing the team thrive within FoF. Molly supports Fran with all things Ops. Every day at work is different – tech support, event planning, HR, office management – you name it, she’ll tackle it. Molly loves to finish off the day with a kitchen disco with her daughter and crafting into the evening.

Alex is a brilliant support in all things Finance and numbers. She works part time at FoF as she also has two other jobs. She runs her own business as a Virtual Assistant, supporting female run businesses with any administrative needs. She’s also an illustrator! Is there anything she can’t do?
